काठमाण्डू । ग्रेटर नेपाल राष्ट्रवादी मोर्चाले नेपाली भूमिमा चीन विरोधी गतिविधिहरू रोक्न तत्काल आवश्यक रहेको बताएको छ । मोर्चाका अध्यक्ष फणीन्द्र नेपालले आज प्रेस विज्ञप्ती जारी गर्दै सो भनाई सार्वजनिक गरेको हो । 

"जनवरी २९ मा त्रिभुवन अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विमानस्थलमा पृथकतावादी धार्मिक नेता रिम्पोचेको आगमन अप्रत्याशित र अवांछनीय मात्र थिएन, यस्तो गतिविधि स्पष्ट रूपमा नेपाली भूमिबाट गरिएको चीन विरोधी कार्य हो। डोल्पो समाज नामक तथाकथित संस्थाले मनमानी रूपमा रिम्पोचेलाई दस दिने प्रचार कार्यक्रमको लागि आमन्त्रित गरेको थियो र एक हप्ता बितिसक्दा पनि काठमाण्डू जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालयले यस संस्था विरुद्ध कुनै कारबाही नगरेको तथ्यले यसको पछाडि सरकारी समर्थन रहेको स्पष्ट पार्छ" विज्ञप्तीमा भनिएको छ।

"एक-चीन नीतिप्रति आफ्नो प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त गरेको नेपालले तिब्बती स्वतन्त्रताको अति समर्थक रिम्पोचेलाई आमन्त्रित गर्न सहमत हुनु चीन विरोधी शिविरमा खुला रूपमा उभिनु हो। विज्ञप्तीमा मोर्चाले भनेको छ । विज्ञप्तीमा भनिएको छ, यसले ओठमा राम-राम र काखीमा चक्कुू भन्ने उखानलाई स्पष्ट रूपमा उदाहरण दिएको छ, जसको अर्थ दोहोरोपन हो। नेपाल सरकारको यो दोहोरो व्यवहारका कारण अहिले नेपाली आकाशमा अविश्वास र षड्यन्त्रका बादल मडारिरहेका छन्स यदि चीनले यसलाई नेपालको तर्फबाट विश्वासघात र कृतघ्नताको रूपमा लिने हो भने, नेपाल-चीन सम्बन्धमा डरलाग्दो विचलन देखा पर्न सक्छ" विज्ञप्तीमा भनिएको छ।

नेपाल चीन सम्बन्धको महत्वलाई उजागर गर्दै विज्ञप्तीमा भनिएको छ, "नेपाल-चीन सम्बन्ध नेपालको सार्वभौम अस्तित्वसँग जोडिएको हुनाले, यदि सरकारले त्यो अस्तित्वको रक्षा गर्न हठी भएर उदासीनता देखायो भने, परिणाम विनाशकारी हुन सक्छ। ग्रेटर नेपाल राष्ट्रवादी मोर्चा जोडदार माग गर्दछ कि, यस घटना पछि दुई देशहरूबीचको बिग्रिएको सम्बन्धलाई पहिलेको ट्रयाकमा पुनर्स्थापित गर्न, सरकारले डोल्पो सोसाइटी नामक संस्थाको दर्ता रद्द गरोस्, यसका अध्यक्ष ताशी फोंचो गुरुङलाई कडा कारबाही गरोस्, र रिम्पोचेलाई नेपाल छोड्न तुरुन्तै आदेश दिओस् र यी उपायहरू तुरुन्तै लागू गरोस्।"

Press Release of the Greater Nepal Nationalist Front on the Urgent Need to Stop Anti-China Activities on Nepali Soil

The arrival of the separatist religious leader Rimpoche at Tribhuvan International Airport on January 29 was not only unexpected and undesirable; such an activity is clearly an anti-China act carried out from Nepali soil. The so-called organization named “Dolpo Society” arbitrarily invited Rimpoche for a ten-day preaching program, and the fact that even after a week no action has been taken against this organization by the Kathmandu District Administration Office makes it clear that there is government backing behind it.

Nepal, which has pledged its commitment to the One-China policy, agreeing to invite Rimpoche-an extreme supporter of Tibetan independence-amounts to openly standing in the anti-China camp. This has clearly exemplified the proverb “Ram-Ram on the lips and a knife in the armpit,” meaning duplicity. Because of this double-tongued behavior of the Nepal government, clouds of distrust and conspiracy are now hovering in the Nepali sky; if China were to take this as betrayal and ingratitude on Nepal’s part, a frightening deviation could emerge in Nepal-China relations.

As Nepal-China relations are linked to Nepal’s sovereign existence, if the government stubbornly shows indifference in protecting that existence, the consequences could be disastrous. The Greater Nepal Nationalist Front strongly demands that, in order to restore the deteriorated relations between the two countries to their previous track after this incident, the government cancel the registration of the organization called Dolpo Society, take strict action against its chairman Tashi Phoncho Gurung, and immediately order Rimpoche to leave Nepal and swiftly implement these measures.
